Here's how to get to the museum
We’re situatuated in the middle of Manchester and we’re incredibly easy to find. If you struggle with that kind of thing then here’s a map to help you:
Travelling by car
If you are coming to the museum by car then I’m afraid to tell you that parking nearby is hard to find. If I were you then I would drive home and get a bus.
Travelling by train
The closest station to the museum is Manchester Piccadilly and it is very easy to get to us by foot after you have stepped off the train.
Travelling by bus
The closest bus stop to the museum is Chinatown (Stop CU) which is accessible from bus numbers 85, 101, 102, 142 and 250 – plenty of choice!
Opening Hours
We have very standard opening hours, we operate Monday – Sunday from 10.00 – 17.00.
We are occasionally open on evenings for special events such as exclusive auctions or our famous lock-ins where we drink cocktails and play mass hide and seek.
